Safety is the number one priority especially when it comes down to work. For this reason, Richter also prioritizes the reduction of injury risks in the workplace by making sure that employees are physically and mentally healthy. Occupational Medicine mainly deals with preparing the individual’s physical state to be conditioned for effective production at work.
